De Swingel led a two-days seminar for Supervisors and Coaches in Tallinn, Estonia, in October 2012. Invited by the Association for supervisors and coaches ISCI. Website: http://www.isci.ee De Swingel organized a study-trip for a group of coaches from Estonia, end of October 2012. From April - December 2012, de Swingel was closely engaged in an organisation-wide changeprocess in a large home-care-organisation in Fryslân. De Swingel guided 8 teams by implementing the changes.
